New to kmhelpers?

Start here: install the toolkit, then walk through the pipeline with a quick, hands-on example.

  1. Installation: set up kmhelpers and its dependencies (kmindex, kmtricks, ntCard) via Conda
  2. Quick Start: learn the design → build → query pipeline and common use cases
  3. Tutorial: Once you're set up, walk through a full, real-data example end to end.
